Paul founded Lemberg & Company in 1995. His past and present clients include companies and individuals in software, information services, Internet services, financial services, market research and management consulting. As a marketing and corporate strategy consultant, Paul worked with a number of Fortune 500 information technology companies.  Previously, Paul founded two international banking software companies (Henco Research International and Vertex Business Systems), a multimedia production company (Meta/4 Multimedia) and a sales training company called Peak Power Unlimited.

Paul's monthly column, “Creating Breakthroughs/ Extraordinary Results”, is read by over twenty thousand high technology industry executives and other entrepreneurs in over forty countries. Paul was educated in fine arts at the University of Buffalo, and in business at New York University's Stern School.
