John D. Tessier is the principal of Executives on the Cutting Edge and a former IBM executive. He has managed several start-up and small business organizations in Africa and Southeast Asia; held a number of Industry Marketing and Public Affairs staff management positions and worked and consulted with field and headquarters executives in a variety of functions, in Europe, Southeast Asia and Latin America. He organized and facilitated IBM's Latin America Advisory Board meetings, has consulted with a number of Fortune 500 companies on cross-cultural business development and inter-personal issues, and has also published articles in Industry and Professional Association publications.
